Congratulation FDNY !

This year, we'll celebrate the 10th anniversary of an awful event: it's the "9/11".

On september 11th 2001 in the morning, two passangers planes crashed into the Twins Towers of the World Trade Center in NYC. Meanwhile, a third plane crashed into the Pentagone and the fourth into a field, in washington. People in the towers understood immediately that they were under a danger situation: there were a earthquake besides a very hallucinating explosion. Everybody thought that was spectacular like a movie. As a result, 3,000 employees of the Twins Towers died, as well as 343 firemen and 60 policemen, who lost their lives during this terrorist attack.

It's hard  to believe a more dangerous situation since for people in the towers. The fires, the smock, the dust, the debris, the panics and the lake of informations in the towers have made he evacuation for FDNY and NYPD very hard... they found, saved and evacuated people from the debris, put out fires and helped people in difficulties at the expensive of their lives, that's why so many firefighters died. It's for all these reasons that now, the population of NYC congratulate this saviours with a memorial ceremony that pays a tribute to the dead.

Most of the time, when we tell the story of 9/11, people tells the crash of the planes... but to my mind, the most important is the work of the FDNY.

YES. Firemen have superpowers, but them, they aren't unfamiliar like superheroes: they haven't the ability to be indestructible and they aren't able to paint the future...Actually, the FDNY were capable of saving people in the world, then, it's possible for them to evacuate many people in the difficulty. They are courageous: they can protect people of attacks or accidents and now they know how to react if there is another tragic event like this.  

Finally, we can compare these people with superheroes: they are as strong as superman, as courageous as batman and they have a best self-control (with personal or not emotions) than spiderman. On top of it, they have a spirit team: they are according to them, A BAND OF BROTHERS!
